Returns
We accept returns of unused and undamaged products within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as when it was received.
- A proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, must be provided.

- Provide your order details and reason for the return.
- Once approved, you will receive instructions on where to send your return.
Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Used, damaged, or incomplete items.
- Products returned outside of the 30-day return window.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled for a full refund if the cancellation request is made before the order is shipped.

- If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may still return the item following our return policy.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
